You need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification in your discipline. For AHPRA-regulated professions (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, podiatry), current AHPRA registration is required. All providers must hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

After submitting your application, our team verifies your credentials, insurance, and qualifications — typically within 7 days. Once approved, you set your availability and service areas, and you'll start receiving referrals matched to your profile.

Absolutely. You have full control over your availability, the regions you service, and the types of clients you see. Work as much or as little as you want — Thera is designed for flexibility.

Thera handles all invoicing and payment collection. You receive payments directly to your nominated bank account on a regular payment cycle. No chasing invoices or dealing with accounts receivable.

There is no upfront cost to join Thera. We operate on a platform fee model — a small percentage is deducted from each completed booking. You only pay when you earn.
